Is there any end-of-life forecast related to the SOMDM3730-11-1783JFIR My portfolio uses this SOM, as well as its predecessor (SOMDM3730-10-1782JFIR), and we are starting to design the next generation, and was curious about the availability of the SOMDM3730-11-1783JFIR over the next several years. As of today, the latest End-of-Life notification related to the DM3730-11 SOM-LV was released in 2019. Thank you.

As per my understanding “Logic loader” resides inside the Torpedo chip and X-loader and U-boot can reside either on NAND or MMC or split between NAND and MMC. The Torpedo, which is not working, does not boot the “Logic Loader” when there is No MMC plugged in. This is the observation on devkit environment. Nothing to do with OS bootup.
How can we erase Logic Loader Is "nand erase.chip" erases "Logic Loader" too

LogicLoader for DM3730 - AM3703 SOMs v2.5-5
These software revisions have been provided to address the NOR flash change documented in PCN 622 for the OMAP35x SOM-LV and PCN 621 for the DM37x SOM-LV.

- Programmable color LCD controller support upto a 24 bpp TFT interface
- Hardware supports XGA 1024x768 at 24-bit color
- TV out / Svideo out
Does this mean, that it can drive two generic LCD display 640x480 and another LCD display 480x480 simultaneously
Does the S-video image be different from LCD display image or they both have to be same images

I am preparing our product to move from the -11 to the -12 of the SOM-LV. I have downloaded the latest LogicLoader.
I need to make sure our Linux BSP is up to date with the required changes. Does Logic have the BSP patch available
Also, the PCN says "See AN 620 “DM3730- 10/OMAP35x-11 to DM3730-11/OMAP35x-12 SOM-LV Migration” for references concerning the required software changes." I have not been able to find AN 620. Is this document availalb...

In linux 3.0 based BSP, if we pass "no_console_blank=1" to the kernel parameters, then the console never goes into screen saver mode.
However this is not working in main stream based linux 4.4.76 The console blanks out after 10minutes and never comes back as there are no input devices in my system. What is the equivalent for preventing the console from blanking out.

I am trying to add a custom LCD on Torpedo DX3730 based platform. I added previously in panel-omap3logic.c, board-omap3logic.c and board-omap3logic-display.c files in 3.x based BSP. Now I am using the logicPD’s main stream linux and wanted to add the same panel. Can you suggest me which files in 4.4.x to be modified for the same changes.
